Most of Harrington St's members did not join with the intention of boxing competitively, but rather with fitness, health and conditioning goals in mind. Regular attendance has seen most of our members reach and surpass their goals and for many of them, the boxing bug has bitten and their goals have progressed to being a worthy contender at one of our quarterly white collar fight nights.
From beginner boxers right through to those with more experience for whom the fight nights may appeal, Harrington St provides a fun, authentic, high energy and intense yet friendly environment that uses age-old tried and tested boxing fitness methods. The training offered is excellent functional training, strengthening and conditioning the body in a way that is useful for everyday demands placed on the body.

Class times
All classes indicated on our schedule are general boxing fitness and conditioning classes instructed by one of our trainers. Sparring classes are on a Friday night and are for those who are interested in putting technique into practice and testing their true boxing skills. These classes are also there to assist our white collar fighters prepare for their fights.
